NACOG Aging and the Navajo County Health Department offer an eight-week fall prevention program. Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to reduce falls and increase activity levels in individuals over the age of 60. Lover’s Song and Dance February 11

The Begay/Willie Family and TL Swingers are sponsoring a song and cancellation celebration at the Sports Center at the Navajo Nation Fairgrounds in Window Rock on February 11th.
