Here’s a rundown of bookings from the Graham County Adult Detention Facilities for the period of March 3rd to March 10th, 2025. All individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
March 3rd
Melissa Moss, 53, was booked for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia, courtesy of GCSO. James Murray, 63, faced charges as a criminal victim, along with resisting arrest and assaulting police officers, as reported by TPD. Lloyd Buffington, 60, had a warrant out through GCSO. Sean Maxwell, 33, was taken in by GCSO for resisting arrest, assault, disorderly conduct, criminal damage, and passive resistance. Douglas West was also charged with disorderly acts, logged by TPD.
March 4th
Austin Evans, 34, was arrested for reckless burning, again by GCSO. Arthur Paredez, 58, had a warrant and was also processed by GCSO.
March 5th
Cassandra Stewart, 27, was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia, handled by DPS. Michael Ogus, was picked up on a warrant through GCSO.
March 6th
Armando Aranda, 27, faced charges of criminal victimization and disorderly conduct, identified by SPD. Bradley Castle, 42, was in violation of probation, according to GCPD. Ashley Stock, 34, was noted for a self-initiated commitment order.
March 7th
George Bernal, 18, was processed under a self-commitment order.
March 8th
Christopher Avina, 22, was charged with DUI, managed by SPD. Gabriel Montiel, 35, faced charges for disorderly behavior and domestic violence, recorded by PPD. Daniel Montiel, 31, was charged with assault and domestic violence, also noted as a criminal victim by PPD.
March 9th
Jeremy Bok, 49, was charged with aggravated DUI, along with possession of dangerous drugs and drug equipment, handled by SPD. Marco Perez, 34, faced multiple charges, including possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug equipment, prison smuggling, and promoting SPD.
March 10th
Xander Adams, 19, was arrested for a probation violation via GCPD. Roberto Sanchez, 50, was held on a DOC hold, recorded by GCSO. Carl Smith, 55, and Charles Miller, 37, both had warrants through GCSO. Jermaine Williams, 37, and Martin Carrasco, 28, were also brought in on warrants from GCSO. G. Contreras, 28, faced a probation violation from GCPD. Juan Colunga, 30, had a warrant for a “new fee” via SPD. Lastly, Evelyn Young, 50, was charged with trespassing for a third time, as recorded by SPD.
