Yuma, Arizona (azfamily) – New details including the name of the victim have been released regarding the recent double homicide investigation in Yuma.
On Tuesday, the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office identified the victims who were shot and killed as 52-year-old Jose Martinez of Yuma and 48-year-old Jose Guevara of Summerton, Arizona. YCSO also revealed that the third man was also shot dead and drove to hospital, where he is currently in stable condition.
YCSO lawmakers went to the area Wall Lane and Summerton Avenue After the dispatcher received a call on the “Silent Open Line” on Saturday. There they find Martinez and Guevara who were shot. The man died at the scene and a murder investigation began.
YCSO says there are no suspects in custody and an investigation is underway.
