Authorities released the identity of a 3-year-old boy killed in his Lancaster home Tuesday night, saying the mother's boyfriend was a person of interest in the brutal slaying.
Officials said the toddler, David Hernandez, was found with his throat slit in the 43400 block of West 57th Street when officers arrived around 10:55 p.m. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
