The Chief Medical Examination Office in New York City reported that Michelle Trutchenberg died naturally due to complications from diabetes, Deadline reported.
Authorities originally said the coroner’s office would not be able to determine the cause of the death of the star, as her family declined to do so on religious grounds. According to Outlet. The medical examiner issued a statement at the deadline that the information was revised after reviewing clinical laboratory results. Trachtenberg is best known for her roles in “Gossip Girl” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and was 39 at the time of her death.

Trachtenberg’s mother discovered her reaction on February 26th in a midtown Manhattan apartment.
Paramedics attended the Star House, where she was declared dead at the scene. In this case, no foul play was suspected. The insider previously revealed that the actress had undergone a liver transplant before her death, but it was unclear at the time whether the procedure was a factor.

Trachtenberg began his acting career at a tender age of nine years. Her first credit role was in the 1990s Nickelodeon series The Adventures of Pete and Pete.
