PB Bell Announces Two New Hires and Promotions
PB Bell, a leader in multifamily development and property management, has announced the addition of two new team members and the promotion of another. April Ramsey joins the team as his Director of Portfolio and Bert Kempfert joins the team as the new Acquisition Director. Jennifer Grant joined PB Bell in 2019 and has been promoted from Assistant Controller to Controller.
April Ramsey brings over 18 years of multifamily management experience to her role as Portfolio Director at PB Bell. She will be responsible for community operations, finance, marketing, and staff management throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. April began her career as a rental professional at Riverstone Residential Group and was quickly promoted to the role of Senior Community Her Manager. April also manages assets for Avenue 5 and has served as Regional Manager for Pillar Properties and Greystar.
Bert Kempfert joins PB Bell as Director of Acquisitions. In this role, he will be responsible for managing all aspects of the acquisition including coordination with real estate management on broker relationships, underwriting, LOI preparation, contract negotiations and due diligence, and will work with the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel on loans.
