Bam Margera pleaded guilty on Wednesday and was sentenced to six months' probation, ABC News reported.
The former “Jackass” star pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and received six months' probation. according to The plea brings to an end a legal battle that began over an altercation at his Pennsylvania home, where he was accused of assaulting his brother, Jess Margera, and threatening other family members during a visit last year, he told ABC News.

The incident, which took place at Bam's home known as Castle Bam, was described by his brother as “horrific and unpredictable”. Jess told the court she suffered a ruptured eardrum during the argument, which saw Bam kick open his girlfriend's bedroom door and she then called the police, the media reported.

According to the outlet, during the court hearing, Bam acknowledged his ongoing struggle with substance abuse and informed the judge of his commitment to drug and alcohol treatment. Defense attorney William J. Brennan noted Margera's progress since the incident, saying that a year after his arrest, he is now drug-free and living a productive life. “He's just turned his life around and to this day I can say he's won the case,” Brennan said, according to ABC News.
