2022 Nickel Picnic and Battle of the Bands

$2,000 cash first prize. 2nd Prize – $500 Richard’s Music gift certificate and $250 cash. Prizes for 3rd and 4th place.

Individual plaques in the “Best Of” category (“Best Vocalist”, “Best Guitarist”, etc.)

Behavior will be judged on the following criteria:

• Presentation – 30 points
• Vocals — 30 points
• Instrumental – 30 points
• 10 points overall = 100

Note

Double-R-Sound will provide the PA, monitor system and all microphones. Richards Music offers a 5-piece drum kit, including 5 cymbals and a double bass pedal. Feel free to use your own snare drum and kick pedal.

The band provides guitars, guitar amps, basses, bass amps, and/or any special instrument amps required.
