How do you make this mistake? Seriously?
If you’re a sports fan, you know very well that the 2025 NBA Draft, hosted at the Barclays Center (home to the Brooklyn Nets) on Wednesday night, became us and you’ve guessed. And, as usual, it’s business, but the four-letter network made one hellish blunder of something I don’t understand.
Duke Phenom Cooper Flag It was the ultimate No. 1 overall pick. Kyrie Irving and Anthony Davis. Well, in advance, ESPN tried to have a creative moment with the flag, but that wasn’t him. It was Rutgers guard Ace Bailey The person who pops up on the screen. oh! And that gets even worse! When they thought they had the flag again, it wasn’t him either! It was Rutgers guard Dylan Harper.
Seriously, how can you mistake two black people for white guys? Especially when you’re as left-wing as ESPN and you’re proud of your identity politics? (Related: The Thunder’s Nicola topic makes NBA history by literally doing nothing.)
Just an embarrassing man.
“Welcome to the sports centre. I’m watching the Cooper Flag. It’s not actually a Cooper Flag,” said the extremely loud woman who was broadcasting for ESPN at the moment.

Holy Hell, I can’t stand how frizzy ESPN is these days… For God’s love, someone buys them from Disney.
