So we send troops to Israel… seeds.
Amid rising tensions between Israel and Iran, the Biden administration announced Sunday that it would send a THAAD anti-missile squadron to Israel and “U.S. military personnel” to operate it. This is quite different from the foreign intervention we commonly imagine. Nevertheless, it is equally misguided, especially by the self-interest of the Harris camp.
The left wing base is clearly I get very nervous when it comes to Israel. You can eat a bagel outside a college town and watch a pro-Hamas rally take place minutes later. But the Democratic Party still needs these lunatics. Tim Walz’s “masculinity” won’t immediately convince men to leave Donald Trump, so their current efforts are all about weeding out leftists.

At the same time, anyone crazy enough to refuse “killer kamala” and “Genocide Joe”’s love of Palestinian terrorism is probably already locked up. If this deployment of troops actually attracts attention in the media, it could reduce turnout in surrounding areas. But don’t hold your breath. Even though Secretary Lloyd Austin noted that this action “underscores America’s unwavering commitment to the defense of Israel,” the corporate media knows how the game works here. All of this will be lost in the news cycle.
But the move has broader implications than just infuriating masked protesters in Berkeley and Dearborn. We can already see the wheels turning for yet another foreign thug.
We Provide Israel with High-Tech Anti-Missile Systems, Almost Immediately Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Pledges to Strike Iranian Military, The Washington Post reported Monday night. Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office said, “We will listen to the U.S. opinion, but the final decision will be based on national interests.” statement.
What’s next? Iran is unlikely to accept this quietly. Both countries see this as a fight for survival and can only escalate tensions before reaching the point of no return.
So the Middle East is heading towards a hot war, and American taxpayers are already holding our hand in the cookie jar. Will our governments have the power to de-escalate or withdraw from conflict? Will they want to or will they try? Only time will tell.
It is sad that avoiding unnecessary foreign interference has become a “right-wing issue,” at least as far as the media’s propaganda label is concerned. But in reality, this is what America’s left, right, and center are interested in opposing. Yet Democrats are working hard to alienate them all.
