Temperatures will return to the low 90’s today, but the system passing north will cool down to the low 80’s tomorrow! bring. The strongest winds will be east of Tucson in Cochise, Graham, and Greenlee counties where fire weather warnings are in effect Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening. Mottled dusting is also possible!
After this system passes, temperatures will begin to return to 90 degrees by the end of the work week, heading into next weekend.
Meanwhile, a region of low pressure develops to the southwest and could bring some moisture to southeastern Arizona this weekend! A mostly dry storm is most likely to hit New Mexico on Saturday. Near the state border, heading east from Tucson on Sunday. This trend could continue into the new week with daily thunderstorms and possible light rain! Stay tuned for more!
