‘Big Fat Nothing’: Epstein Victims’ Atty Says Clients Are ‘Very Upset’ At ‘Back Of The Hand’ Treatment From FBI, DOJ

Attorney Jennifer Freeman, representing Jeffrey Epstein survivors, told Fox News Thursday evening that his client was “very upset” with the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) over the ongoing dismissal of an investigation into alleged sexual abuse by Epstein.

Epstein was arrested and charged with sex trafficking in 2019, but he died a month later at New York’s metropolitan corrections center cell. Following the release of the first phase of DOJ for “The Epstein Files,” the initial 100-page release failed to include a client list, causing controversy online.

In “Jesse Watters Primetime,” the Fox host asked Freeman how his clients felt about the files, noting that the limited information added “more mystery, more blockage.” (Related: House Task Force aims to declassify JFK files, Epstein’s list, Covid Origins Docs and other “government secrets”)

“We’ve been looking through the documentation and it turned out to be just over an hour ago, but that’s a bit of a thing. Certainly there’s some information out there. Four categories have information: there’s logs, there’s evidence, there’s a contact list, there’s a blank list of Massages,” Freeman said.

“There are some interesting things out there. Alan Dershowitz will appear multiple times. Bill Clinton will appear in four Secret Services. Nude and semi-nude images and videos, as well as references to what is called CSAM. [Child Sexual Abuse Material]child pornography. There are some interesting contact lists, more secret services, some Hollywood A-listers,” Freeman added.

Before Epstein’s arrest, painter Maria Farmer, represented by Freeman, and her teenage sister Annie, convicted in 2002 and his longtime partner Gislaine Maxwell, repeatedly accused sexual abuse in 1996. Farmer told The New York Times that at the time of the incident he had contacted both the New York Police Department and the FBI about the allegations. However, the NYT report did not acknowledge that she reached out to the agency.

Freeman went on to add that the Phase One File shows how both the FBI and the DOJ “absolutely missed” evidence of child pornography, and that information could have been put in prison prior to his 2019 arrest.

“But this is one of the issues we’ve been pushing forward, so one of the things that really hit me is that the evidence we saw is this child pornography, which is CSAM,” Freeman said. “This is a problem that the FBI and the US law firm completely missed. It was very critical and could have cleaned up him for many, many, many lives years ago.”

“Yes, my clients, Maria Farmer and many other clients are very upset that they’ve been treated behind the hands over and over again,” Freeman said. “I asked for an investigation into this issue a year and a half ago. I was big and not fat. I received a letter saying, “Well, the issues and allegations are concerning, but we are really busy and we’re coming back to you.” And of course, they didn’t. ”

In an interview Wednesday evening, Attorney General Pam Bondy announced that some files on Epstein will be made public, saying “many flight logs, many names” and “many information” will come from the DOJ. However, after the first phase on Thursday, DOJ Press Statement It says the department only received 200 pages of documents. Bondi was later informed that the FBI had not disclosed “thousand-page documents relating to Epstein’s investigation and prosecution.”

Bondi requested that the remaining documents be delivered to the DOJ by 8am on Friday, and FBI Director Kash Patel investigated “why all document requests failed to comply.”
