Blowing dust rolls through the Maricopa area

Maricopa, Arizona (3TV/CBS 5) — Parts of Pinal County were hit with dust Wednesday morning, causing headaches for commuters and travelers between Phoenix and Maricopa.

Shortly after 11 a.m., a warning was issued for the west side of Sun Lake, not far from the town of Maricopa, according to the National Weather Service. Drivers have been instructed to expect visibility to be less than a mile as high winds pass through the area.
