Huntsville-based Blue Halo has acquired defense technology company Eclipse, the companies announced.
Details of the contract have not been disclosed. BlueHalo's Cummings Research Park facility employs more than 250 of his employees.

BlueHalo powered by Eqlipse's high-end technical talent and a suite of innovative products The company said it will provide customers with expanded scale and broader capabilities, accelerating the development and commercialization of advanced defense technologies.
The combined organization will have approximately 2,400 employees in 11 states and annual sales approaching $1 billion. BlueHalo CEO Jonathan Moneymaker will lead the combined company.

Since its founding in 2019, BlueHalo has served as prime contractor on top priority contracts, including the Space Force's recent $1.4 billion Satellite Communications Enhancement Resource Program.From laser communication payloads to critical Class A satellites In addition to its subsystems, BlueHalo has more than 260 systems in orbit.
