Kudos to Indianapolis for the strong move!
WWE Announced On Monday, thanks to a fantastic partnership with Indiana Sports Corp., boring Indianapolis will suddenly become a hotspot as the sports entertainment giant hosts three major premium live events: WrestleMania, Royal Rumble and SummerSlam. The events will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium and are set to run for years to come.
WWE's partnership with Indianapolis will begin when Indy hosts the Royal Rumble on Feb. 1, 2025, paving the way for WrestleMania. The city is also set to host a two-night SummerSlam event and a two-night WrestleMania event, though future dates have yet to be determined.
In addition to that, Indiana hosts shows such as Raw, SmackDown, NXT and other WWE live events throughout the state, including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Evansville.

I hope other cities and states take note…this is how you build your reputation and market value, it’s a powerful move!
Before seeing this story, I had no idea about Indianapolis other than that it was a boring city that you probably wouldn't go to unless you were going there for the Indy 500 or something.
