Firefighters are currently responding to wildfires in the Bradshawranger area north of Pine Flat. Smoke from the fire can be seen in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, Mayer and Spring Valley. Aviation resources are on standby.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office has closed Mayer Goodwin Road. The size of the fire remains unknown, but more information will be provided as it becomes available.
As of 5:37pm on February 10, 2025, the Yabapai County Sheriff’s Office has issued GO status to residents of Flat YCU-2174 and 2216 in Pine. These residents are urged to evacuate immediately.
