KINGMAN – Kingman Police Department officers will conduct enhanced DUI patrols this Super Bowl weekend to combat DUI and disabled driving.
“We want everyone to enjoy the games, food, fun, and festivals that our community has to offer. Specify hand, taxi or rideshare,” advised KPD in a news release.
Kingman man arrested for DUI, felony criminal damages
KINGMAN – At approximately 11:45 pm on Thursday, February 2, the Kingman Police Department arrested Richard Lawrence Spree, 58, of Kingman on DUI and felony criminal damage charges.
Officers responded to reports of a vehicle hitting a lamppost in the city of Kingman on East Andy Devine Avenue and North 8th Avenue.
Officers allegedly found Spree inside the vehicle and found two lampposts belonging to the city damaged and one lying on the ground.
An investigation revealed that Spry had a blood alcohol level of over 0.20 and caused approximately $20,000 in damage to the lamppost.
Spry admitted his involvement and was allegedly held at the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
Kingman man arrested for cop escape, disorderly conduct with weapons
KINGMAN – At approximately 9:00 pm on Saturday, February 4, the Kingman Police Department charged Shay Thomas Seaman, 18, of Kingman, with law enforcement for illegal flying, disorderly conduct with a weapon, and Arrested for felony misdemeanor with broken weapon.
At 5:30 PM on February 4th, there was a report of a fistfight and a subject wearing a ski mask pointing a gun at the victim at a residence at 2100 Gates Avenue.
Arriving police found the suspect’s vehicle had fled the scene.
Moments later, a vehicle matching the description of the suspected vehicle was found and an attempt was made to stop traffic, but when the vehicle stopped, the driver, believed to be a sailor, fled on foot.
The items in the car belonged to Seaman. Officers searched the area for firearms with serial numbers cut off.
Seaman turned himself in to the Kingman Police Department and was placed in an adult holding facility in Mojave County. Investigation is ongoing.
Kingman woman arrested for DUI, felony criminal damages
KINGMAN – At approximately 10:15 pm on Saturday, February 4, the Kingman Police Department arrested Tosia D. Kam, 35, of Kingman on charges of DUI and felony criminal damage.
Officers responded to reports of a vehicle hitting a UniSource utility pole in the North Central Avenue and Southern Street area.
Arriving police found that the vehicle and driver had fled the scene. Moments later, the vehicle and driver were found in a residential area at 3200 Duval Avenue.
An investigation revealed that Kham had a blood alcohol level of over 0.10 and caused approximately $10,000 in damage to a power pole.
Cam admitted his involvement and was allegedly placed in an adult holding facility in Mojave County.
Kingman woman arrested for felony criminal damages, DUI
KINGMAN – On Thursday, February 9, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Kingman Police Department arrested Mia Violet Ray Salter, 20, of Kingman on charges of DUI and felony criminal damage.
Officers responded to reports that a vehicle struck a lamppost in the City of Kingman on the 500 block of West Beale Street.
Upon arrival, officers allegedly found Salter and her car knocked over a lamppost and power lines in the road.
An investigation revealed that Salter had a blood alcohol level of over 0.20 and had caused approximately $10,000 in damage to the lamppost.
Salter allegedly admitted his involvement and was placed in an adult holding facility in Mojave County.
