Broad Metro set to begin Phase 2 of Stadium Trace development in Hoover



Broad Metro, a commercial real estate development company, announced major progress on its Stadium Trace development project in Hoover. The company announced Thursday that it plans to begin Phase 2 of the project, pending approval of a letter of intent submitted by Broad Metro to the Hoover City Council.

As part of the project, an extensive traffic impact study was carried out by Skipper Consulting to identify areas of concern and guidance for road improvements.
