Buckeye Noise Complaint Leads to Drug and Weapons Bust Near Maricopa

What began as a response to a noise complaint yesterday evening was unexpectedly transformed into a Buckeye’s important drug bust. At about 7:30pm, police officers were called to a house near Maricopa and Pima RDS and were found to be arrested on charges of not only loud music but also drugs and weapons.

According to Official Buckeye Police Reportofficers arrived, found a jeep and truck, and parked on the accused property where a man and a woman stood outside. Police, known to routinely check their property, have begun asking the couple questions. During this question, they found nearly 230 grams of female and handgun in a female jeep. A woman who had no clear connection to her property was then arrested for trespassing and swiftly detained on drug and weapons charges.

The man on the scene also faced a share of legal trouble. He was cited for driving a truck without essential documents at hand, with a license, registration or insurance. His crimes look pale compared to discoveries made in a woman’s Jeep, but add to the lawless tale unfolding in a seemingly quiet location in the Buckeye.
