Planning, Governance, and Finance to recognize programs or activities that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the University.

There are 10 finalists in each category. They will compete in San Antonio on his February 26-28. In the competition, the team will make a presentation in front of an anonymous judge and a jury of community practitioners and CEOs from her college.

The Bellwether Awards are administered by the Bellwether College Consortium, a consortium of dozens of community colleges that hold each year as an independent national forum for innovators to act as think tanks.

Northwest Medical Center: Northwest Healthcare’s local hospital honored four registered nurses with its 2022 Nursing Excellence Award. These awardees were selected from all 81 hospitals affiliated with Community Health Systems, one of her leading operators of general emergency hospitals and ambulatory care centers in 16 states.

The Peer Nomination Award was created to honor the critical role nurses have played in treating patients throughout the pandemic.

Jessica Sauer, who has been with Northwest Healthcare for 10 years and is currently working in ICU, received the highest honor, the National 2022 Nursing Excellence Award. She’s only one of her ten national winners.
