Businesses invited to participate in pitch competition – Sterling Journal-Advocate

Small business owners with expansion ideas are invited to participate in a $20,000 “Pitch Contest” on June 5th.

Entrants must apply to enter the “Shark Tank” style competition by April 30. Entrepreneurs with ideas for new product lines, market expansions, or other growth opportunities are You can enter online at bit.ly/necopit or use the included QR code.

The competition is an opportunity for businesses and entrepreneurs in six northeastern Colorado counties to showcase their products and services and explain whey, which deserves a part of the prize pool.

Participants must be from Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, or Yuma counties. Finalists will be selected by a panel of judges and invited to pitch at the live event on June 15th.

Prizes are provided by the Annex Coworking Community, Logan County Economic Development Corp., Bank of Colorado, Startup Colorado, Energize Colorado, Colorado Housing and Financing Authority, and Northeast Colorado Revolving Loan Fund.
