Famous model and actress Cara Delevingne has admitted that she first got drunk at the age of eight.

“I like meetings, so I go when I can,” she said.

She reflected on how dramatically her life has changed since she decided to get sober.
“I thought drugs and alcohol would help me, but instead they were making me sad and extremely depressed,” she told the Times. “I feel like I'm taking my power back and not being controlled by other things.”
She is now at the stage where she can be around people who are drinking and partying while still maintaining control.

“I love being around people who are drinking. I don't feel bad when I drink,” she says.
“I've done more in the last two years than I ever have before – Glastonbury, Burning Man, Coachella,” she told the Times, revealing that she's still having fun and not fallen into any bad habits.
The star has taken a big step to help others who similarly struggle with addiction and are looking for alternatives.
In 2018, Delevingne and her sisters Chloe and Poppy launched Della Vite Zero, an alcohol-free sparkling rosé.
