Dixon, a family man with two young daughters, works as a physiotherapist assistant and identifies as a lifelong conservative from Alabama. He was raised in Alabaster and Maileen, homeschooled by his mother, and hails from a military family. He graduated in 2018 from Hope Christian School in Pelham and obtained his degree from Jefferson State Community College in 2021. Married for two and a half years, Dixon and his wife recently welcomed their third daughter.
Reflecting on his choice to run, Dixon mentioned that after becoming a father, he felt he had “no other options.” He emphasized the urgency for new leadership to take on the significant issues facing the country today.
Dixon’s campaign highlights several key priorities, including:
Financial Discipline: He aims to curb reckless spending, address national debt, safeguard social security and Medicare, and prioritize keeping taxpayer money within the country.
Ethics Reform: He supports instituting term limits in Congress, banning stock trading by lawmakers, addressing misuse of leadership PACs, and combating insider corruption.
Break Big Pharma’s grip: Dixon advocates for a patient-first healthcare system by minimizing regulatory hurdles, expanding telehealth, empowering nurse practitioners, and improving states’ rights regarding cannabis rescheduling.
First family: He wants to simplify tax laws, lessen tax deductions, allow families to retain more of their earnings, and eliminate outdated restrictions on care-related deductions.
Protecting life: Dixon supports a nationwide ban on abortion, framing the conversation around “God and Constitutional” rights.
Protecting freedom: He promises to oppose federal overreach and defend constitutional principles to uphold individual freedoms and autonomy.
