Clark County Coroner and Medical Examiner Rick Harrison's son Adam died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Adam, who co-starred with his father on Pawn Stars, died in Los Vegas in January at the age of 39, according to reports. TMZ. Representatives close to the family have expressed doubt that an accidental overdose at the time of the incident may have been the cause of his death, but medical results have just been released, the newspaper reported.

Adam was reportedly in the midst of a personal conflict in the days leading up to his death. According to TMZ, police interviewed Adam's former roommates as part of their investigation and discovered that Adam had exhibited erratic behavior, before barricading himself in a guest house on the property where he was staying at the time. It is said that
Ricks' son was reportedly just released after three months in prison, but the reason for his incarceration has not been publicly discussed.
Adam kept a lower profile than Rick's other sons and withdrew his role in helping out at the world-famous gold and silver pawn shop, which was often featured on television. It is unclear whether he was working at the time he tragically lost his life.

The Harrison family issued a public statement shortly after Adam's death, saying, “Our family is deeply saddened by Adam's death. We ask that you respect our privacy as we mourn his loss.”

Long before the autopsy results came out, Rick believed Adam's death was due to a drug overdose, and the recent surge in fentanyl being pushed across the border has led to numerous accidental overdoses. The incident was blamed on lax border laws.
