Shout out to 305!
The Florida Panthers and the Vegas Golden Knights met Monday night in Game 2 of the 2023 NHL Stanley Cup Finals, which the Golden Knights won. 7-2 victory Beyond my cats Vegas is 2-0 in the series. Sounds like standard procedure, right?
It was interrupted live by a blatantly rude Golden Knights fan, unless you were CBS Miami reporter Samantha Rivera. But Rivera handled the situation like her total boss. As if Rivera was the female reincarnation of Walter Peyton, she brilliantly armed her fans before they were on camera. And to top it all off, she finished her job perfectly as if nothing had happened after the fact.
Check out this instant legend.

Rivera said on social media about the incident:
Listen, I don’t care which team you root for. When I’m at work, I give my all. And honor that I am here to do my job.

Oh, I am so proud of my city.
My Miami Heat and Florida Panthers are in the playoff finals (despite going 0-2) and my Miami Dolphins are gearing up for the Super Bowl, look me is having a pretty good year with the Miami Marlins (second favorite MLB team after the Atlanta Braves) — 33-28, just 3.0 games behind Atlanta. And let’s also mention the fact that Lionel Messi could soon be in South Florida to play for Inter Miami.
And as a triumph from the past, March Madness has to brag that the Miami Hurricanes made it to the Final 4. And in women’s basketball, she won the elite eight.
Wow… Am I dreaming? (Related article: Miami Heat’s Eric Spoelstra, Bam Adebayo furious with reporters after Game 2 win over Denver Nuggets 111-108)
And now we have reporters turning into Hall of Fame running backs and straight-laced, disrespectful fans, accusing them of being mean people on social media, and fully representing the Florida Panthers and the 305. there is
I am really proud of my city. So I am very proud.
