Celebrating the human-animal bond with Pets of Pima Parade & Festival

TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Friends of Tucson's Subaru and Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) gathered Sunday for their third annual meeting. Pima Parade and Festival Pets.

Fun included food trucks, live music, and a '50s pageant sponsored by a charity. PACC pinup.

Vendors and community partners gathered in the historic downtown 4th Street area to raise money for the animals.

“This festival symbolizes that. There are many animal rights organizations, but we just come together to celebrate the bond between humans and animals,” said spokesperson Roman Urias.
“This is an incredible gathering of individuals in Pima County who donate to us, helping not only our group, but other groups with adoptions.”

The organization said if area residents do not have the opportunity to participate in the parade or festival, the next major donation event will be Arizona Gives Day on April 2.
