Celine Dion will reportedly begin a new Las Vegas residency despite suffering from a serious health condition.
Multiple sources said Dion is in the “final stages” of negotiations with Resorts World, with the residences likely to launch later this year or early 2025. TMZAccording to TMZ, negotiations have been ongoing for several months and have been driven by Dion's resilience and determination to return to the stage despite her battle with stiff person syndrome.

“It's basically a done deal. She's going to do it,” a source told TMZ.
AEG is set to produce the show, but no details have been provided about the duration of the show.
Another source told TMZ, “This is all her business,” and reiterated, “No one is forcing her to do it. She is eager to get back on stage and she is going to do it.”
The new symptoms do not indicate a change in Dion's health – she continues to suffer from pain associated with neurological disorders and involuntary muscle spasms.
According to TMZ, when asked how the star plans to overcome the devastating effects of her current health condition, a source replied, “She's just determined to get through it. It's not going to stop her from performing.”

Dion was set to begin her residency at Resorts World in November 2021 but was forced to cancel due to health reasons.
People familiar with the matter say the show won't be as long as Dion's previous gig at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, but it will undoubtedly be just as entertaining. (Related article: Celine Dion reportedly plans to perform expensive live shows amid health crisis)
