‘Certainly Questionable’: Fox News Host, Guest Discuss Fani Willis’ Alleged Lover’s Billing

A former clerk to Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas says some of the actions of Fani Willis, the Fulton County district attorney's alleged lover, are “certainly questionable” and that she is not a former clerk to Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas. She said it cast a “cloud” on her prosecution of the president.

Willis' alleged mistress, Nathan Wade, was reportedly paid $250 an hour while working on the case against Trump, compared to $200 an hour as a RICO expert. “That's certainly a question,” Landau said. “That's one of the things we have to consider. Certainly, we need to resolve this issue before these cases move forward. We can't continue to have this cloud hanging over prosecutors. If this is what they If that's the A team that they're bringing in, there's going to be a lot of questions.”

Willis secured 13 indictments in August, including RICO charges, against Trump and former New York City Republican Mayor Rudy Giuliani. According to charging records, Wade met with task force staff twice on Jan. 6 for eight hours each before securing the charges.

“This raises very serious problems for state criminal prosecutions,” Landau told Ingraham.

Fani Willis denied any wrongdoing in a speech Sunday at Big Bethel AME Church and accused her critics of “putting out a running card.”
