The Jim Harbaugh era has begun!
The Los Angeles Chargers kick off their 2024 season this Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders, but ahead of the big day, the team decided to release a promotional video narrated by Chargers legend Shawn Merriman.

The Chargers have always been a fascinating team to me, and a new chapter is about to begin. They have never won a Super Bowl in the franchise's history. One (They lost to the San Francisco 49ers in 1995), the Chargers always get a certain amount of attention, just like they do in 2024, but they never capitalize on it. In fact, since 1994, the team has only won five playoff games.
Will things be different under Jim Harbaugh?
Only time will tell for sure, but judging by their promotional videos, it certainly feels like things have changed.

Sure, I may be a victim of the hype, but I can't help but feel like Jim Harbaugh is trying to change the entire culture of this franchise.
If you think about it, the Chargers have never had an elite head coach…who was their last great head coach? Marty Schottheimer? (Still)
I believe their luck is about to change now that they're led by Jim Harbaugh, a collegiate national champion who came close to winning a Super Bowl.
