Chefs who won the Best Regional Chef award in Birmingham were Frank Stitt (Bottega Restaurant and Cafe, Chez Fonfon), Chris Hastings (Hot 'n' Hot Fish Club, Ovenbird); Mr. Adam Evans (Automatic Seafood and Oyster).
