I recently found out about the 419 tax fund. They are an important source of funding and have been used for numerous city and road projects. Direct the City to use these 419 tax dollars to fully fund these urgent bicycle projects, knowing that grants are an uncertain source of funding for important projects. strongly demand. As interest in a more ecological and thrifty lifestyle grows, so too do bicycle riders. With full funding guarantees for these bike projects, vehicular traffic is also less stressful, especially with Butler pulling his pilot up to full sidewalk height. Don’t waste our tax dollars for the city to simply remove these barriers.
Flagstaff can follow Ottawa and become the greenest, most tourist-friendly city we can imagine. thank you.
