City of Yuma appoints a new HR Director | Yuma

Yuma — Yuma County is proud to announce the appointment of Jessica Rodriguez as its new Director of Human Resources. Serving as Interim Director of Human Resources for the past three months, Jessica has demonstrated her ability to effectively manage and oversee the department’s operations. Jessica has a total of 15 years of impressive experience within the Yuma County Human Resources Department, including positions with the Yuma County Adult Probation Service and the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office.

As Director of Human Resources, Jessica is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
