The sister of the woman accused of killing and dismembering her mother has filed for a protection order, blaming her brother for the murder.

Trilena Fields is charged with multiple charges including murder and abuse of a corpse in connection with the death of her mother, Trudy Fields, WCPO reported Tuesday. The alleged murder occurred on October 9th in Robertson County, Kentucky.

Trilena Fields’ sister, Telby Fields, filed for an emergency protection order against her brother, Truitt Fields, two days after the alleged murder, the newspaper reported. “My mother was slaughtered on the advice of my sister,” the petition reportedly said. According to WCPO, the documents allege that Truitt threatened the lives of Telby and her mother.

According to the petition, Tuitt threatened to kill her younger sister, Telby, in order to “assert her ‘birthright’ as the firstborn.”

The order was granted, and Mr. Truitt was prohibited from going near Tellby and from attending Trudy Fields’ funeral, according to the documents.

Earlier this month, a man discovered a bloody mattress and “drag marks” on the lawn at Trudy Fields (WCPO) reported. According to the newspaper, the man followed the trail and found the woman’s body lying dismembered on the lawn. The man told Kentucky State Police (KSP) that he last saw Trudy and Trilena the day before. The Kentucky State Police Special Response Team arrived at the scene and obtained a search warrant, the newspaper reported.

Trilena was reportedly taken from the home, according to KSP. Law enforcement said Trilena appeared to have blood on his hands, face and clothing.

Police found “multiple body parts” cooked in a pot in the oven, and organs and body parts were reportedly placed on one of the mattresses near Trudy’s body, according to WCPO. There is.
