On April 17, 2023, a public comment period will begin for the proposed cleanup of Leaky Underground Storage Tank (UST) Case No. 2499.01-.05 at Thriftway Plateau #117 in Show Low, Arizona. His comment period is until May 17, 2023.

of Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code R18-12-264.01, A corrective action plan (CAP) dated February 8, 2022 and a clarification to the corrective action plan dated March 17, 2023 have been submitted to ADEQ. CAP includes proposals to remove petroleum contamination from his UST systems at the following facilities:
