BULLHEAD CITY, AZ – April 4, 2023 – The City of Bullhead City is calling on everyone to do their part to protect the environment this Earth Day, April 22nd. Sponsored by Nevada State Recycling, the City of Bullhead is offering free e-waste on Saturday, April 22nd this year, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Bullhead City Justice parking lot at 1255 Marina Blvd. Organize a recycling event.
This event will be held in conjunction with a Free Household Hazardous Waste Event sponsored by the Bullhead City Fire Department and Mojave County Environmental Quality at the Auto Department parking lot at 1325 Alona’s Way. Residents of the surrounding area are invited, free of charge, to bring their hazardous materials and electronic waste to the event and dispose of it properly.
Nevada State Recycling accepts the electronic items listed below. free During an e-waste disposal event. Hard drives are removed from mobile phones and computers and destroyed.
Electronic items to bring;All Electronics, Adapters, Chargers, CDs, DVD Rom Disks, Mobile Phones, Pagers, Computer Monitors, Fax Machines, Copiers, Floppy Disks, Gaming Devices, Slot Machines, Keyboards, Laptops, All Televisions, Modems, Routers, Medical Devices, Printer Ink Cartridges and Toners, Scanners, Wireless Devices, Speakers, Stereos and Audio Devices, Typewriters, VCR Players, Video Cameras, Wires and Connectors, Scrap Metal (Iron, Aluminum, Brass, Copper).
