Damn it, Connor…are you making them do that?
In case you haven't heard yet, Connor Stallions has a new job in football.
But it's not college football as you might think, it's high school. Yes, that's right: the man at the center of the University of Michigan sign-stealing scandal got a job as the defensive coordinator at Mumford High School in Detroit. And the thing is, Mumford is a pipeline to the Wolverines (because of course it is, lol).
With the Stallions having a big run at the collegiate level and his team winning a national championship, it's only natural that the media would be excited to talk about him. (RELATED: Five-star recruit Josh Petty is getting $800,000 per year without compensation to play college football at Georgia Tech)
But what about the Stallions themselves?
He's not interested at all.
At a recent practice, Mumford said the Stallions did everything they could to avoid having to spend time with the six reporters who were there. Detroit Free PressHe managed to escape through a door where the reporters were not expecting him, and after his escape, he literally ran (full speed) across a field away from the reporters.
Connor Stallions is back on the football field, coaching in Detroit Mumford (think Eddie Murphy), he's still running from the media, no one is after him, a total clown show! https://t.co/XF0qbqn6e9

It's a comedy. There's a lot of drama in football, which is what I like.
