Conservative Host Up And Walks Off Set Of Own Show When Co-Host Calls Her ‘Nazi’

Amber Duke, co-host of The Hill’s “Rising,” walked off the set after co-host Nomiki Konst said she had “made Nazi remarks in the past.”

“I stood up shorter than usual today because I decided that I would lose an argument with someone who had falsely accused me of ‘Nazi writings,’ so I would not continue to sit at a desk with him,” White of the Daily Caller said. Duke, who was House correspondent, tweeted. Tuesday.

“I think I’ve been immeasurably patient with my co-hosts, but everyone draws the line,” she wrote.

The two were discussing the controversy surrounding former CNN contributor Ryan Gidulski’s firing from the network, and Const. No,” he said.

Duke defended himself. “I didn’t make any comments about Nazis,” she shot back. (Related article: New Daily Caller doctor exposes left-wing hate crime hoax that is ruining America)

“After the segment ended, my co-host started screaming and claiming that I had written Nazi works while working at the Daily Caller. It was incredibly toxic,” Duke told the Daily Caller.

“I quit because I’m not going to sit at a desk with someone who seriously accuses me of Nazism. Oddly enough, this morning I took my rosary into the studio and put it next to my computer. I felt like something bad was about to happen. I think that was the only way I was able to stay relatively calm throughout this whole ordeal,” she concluded.

The altercation ended with Zydursky jokingly telling pro-Palestinian commentator Mehdi Hassan on CNN’s “Newsnight with Abby Phillippe” on Monday: “I hope the buzzer doesn’t go off.” Afterwards, the conversation between the two arose.

The joke was likely a reference to the mass pager bombings allegedly orchestrated by Israel against members of the Lebanon-based terrorist group Hezbollah. Mr. Gardusky made the comment after Mr. Hassan quipped, “If you don’t want to be called a Nazi… just stop saying it.”

The Daily Caller reached out to Rising and Const for comment, but did not receive a response in time for publication.
