Court Docs Reveal Just How Many Tren De Aragua Gangbangers Are On ICE’s Deportation List

Newly filed court documents reveal how many members of the merciless Venezuelan gang are in government detention all over the US

Currently, there are approximately 54 Tren de Aragua (TDA) members. Written testimony It was provided by Robert Cerna, director of acting field office for Ice’s Enforcement and Removal Operations. Approximately 172 other TDA gang bangers use the agency’s non-decisive docket, with about 32 members in criminal custody and ICE detainees being filed against them. ICER ON ICE’s nondecisive dockets are illegal immigrants who live in the United States and are subject to deportation, but are not currently physical ice custody. These individuals may be jailed on local or state level on alternative, modest ICE programs or loose in their communities.

Cerna’s written testimony relates to the Trump administration’s efforts to expeditate the TDA Gang Bangers, which have been challenged in federal courts.

Data shed light on the existence of international crime syndicates in the United States since the illegal immigration crisis began under President Joe Biden several years ago.

TDA began in 2013 as a prison gang in Aragua, Venezuela, and has since 5,000 members Internationally. Crime Syndicates have been confirmed to be present in at least 15 states and possibly elsewhere in the US

Around 8 million Venezuelans fled the country under President Nicolas Maduro, the authoritarian leader of the left who oversaw rampaging inflation, economic turmoil and political crackdown. Many of these Venezuelans have been headed to the United States, primarily by illegally crossing the US-Mexico border, customs and border security. The data will be displayed.

Some Venezuelans fleeing to American soil include ostensibly violent gang members. A leaked October 2024 Department of Homeland Security report shows that more than 600 foreigners living in the United States may be linked to TDA.

The TDA gang bangger allegations have been charged with fatal shootings and many other heinous crimes in the United States, including the acquisition of an entire apartment in Aurora, Colorado.

“TDA is one of the most violent and ruthless terrorist gangs on the planet,” said White House spokesman Karoline Leavitt Sunday said. “They are rape, mime, murder for sports. The TDA is responsible for some of the most heinous crimes that have occurred in the soil of the United States in recent years, including the murders of Rayken Riley and Jocelyn Nungarei.”

President Donald Trump, who vowed to carry out the largest deportation operation in the country’s history, has now become zero, especially among the illegal immigrants in Venezuela gang members. Saturday’s President Called Alien enemies are laws that are wartime authority that allows him to arrest more quickly and deport TDA gang bangers.

Judge James Boasberg – Supreme Court judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and appointee of former President Barack Obama – quickly ordered a temporary block of Trump’s alien enemy operations. However, three planes with 238 confirmed suspected TDA gang banggers and 23 MS-13 gang members landed at El Salvador International Airport a few hours later.

Cerna’s written testimony to the court shows that the Trump administration has not openly denied the judge’s request, as the first two planes had already taken off before Boasberg’s written order. According to Cerna, the third plane departed later, but not just a Trump alien enemy declared, as all individuals in the flight had final removal orders for Title 8.

“To avoid doubt, none of the flights departing the US after the 7:25pm EDT on March 15, 2025, 2025, was removed based on the declaration of issue,” Serna wrote to the court.

The Trump administration, which labeled the TDA as a foreign terrorist organization, is currently suing Boasberg’s order, demanding that he be assigned from court challenges.
