Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy is reportedly unhappy with the team's structure, particularly what he feels is a lack of respect for his leadership from owner Jerry Jones. Reportedly Go Long Tyler Dunn:

“He's doing the best he can,” a former Dallas personnel official said recently. “Some people I've talked to say he's a little jaded. It's tough. [quarterback] Duck [Prescott]”Dak is a really good quarterback and I think he has the ability to lead this team to the Super Bowl. He's got a lot to overcome.”

Dunn's report noted that a senior Cowboys official noted that “the current players are more worried about Jerry Jones than they are about their head coach” and that “ownership can undermine the head coach at any time.” Yahoo Sports.

What?! Drama in Dallas?!?! No way!

Given the number of cases that have exploded within the organization over the past decades, is anyone really shocked by this report?
