Dawn Olivieri Sues For Defamation After Being Accused Of Animal Abuse: REPORT

Famed actress Dawn Olivieri has filed a lawsuit against several influencers she accuses of animal cruelty.

The “Yellowstone” star reportedly took action, filing legal documents in July, claiming the false statements had negatively impacted her life. TMZOlivieri reportedly said he was accused of numerous animal cruelty offenses, including starving the horses in his care. According to TMZ, Olivieri claimed the false accusations were deliberately made to damage partnerships with third-party organizations and companies.

According to TMZ, Olivieri's accusers claim that she not only did not feed the horses, but also gave the horses at her Moon Mountain sanctuary dirty water to drink. Olivieri also claims that her accusers killed an innocent baby Arabian horse, according to the outlet.

They also reportedly claimed that the Olivieris' negligence and the way they treated the animals ultimately led to the deaths of several horses.

According to TMZ, the famous actress denied the allegations and claimed that it was a smear campaign orchestrated to destroy her. She was reportedly working on a campaign with clothing giant Dickies and had posted promotional photos from the campaign on her social media accounts. At the time, she claimed that influencers had conspired to launch a coordinated attack to destroy her brand deal, according to TMZ.

According to TMZ, Olivieri claims the allegations have ruined her campaign with Dickies, and that deals and partnerships with other brands have been affected because of the bad publicity. According to the outlet, she is suing them for damaging her reputation, damaging brand deals, and a number of other violations, including cyberstalking and trespassing at Moon Mountain. She also claims one of the defendants made terrorist threats against her, claiming that she might be “dead,” according to TMZ.
