The first biological man to pretend to be an elected woman to Congress is to rehash the old “no, you’re weird” gaslight after being correctly gendered at a committee hearing.
Delaware Rep. Sarah McBride, a Democrat, called “Mr.” by Republican Texas Rep. Keith Self on Thursday, and Massachusetts Rep. Bill Keating, a Democrat of McCass, urged her to launch a short but courageous White Knight Crusade to shame herself to tell the truth. McBride responded by calling himself “Madame Chair,” and once again raised the incident at a press conference on Thursday, calling it “strange” and “strange” by Republicans, focusing on the issue of culture wars.
“I look like I’m living in the minds of some of my Republican colleagues without rent,” McBride said, “I’m living in the minds of some of my Republican colleagues.” I said. “I hope they spend a small portion of their time thinking about me, thinking about how to cut costs for American families, and actually thinking about how to make government better. …The Republicans are obsessed with the issue of culture wars. It’s strange, weird.”

But of course! If you believe there are two biological sexes, you are odd. If you cross dress like a woman, even though you are a man, you are normal. The offensive line reminds me of a catty and anxious high school student who oddly calls the more smarter, happier, and more appropriate kids with catty.
That’s also desperate. Surprising and worrying Democrats at Kamala Harris’ popularity when crowned the party’s candidate during the July 2024 presidential election, they began smearing JD Vance as “strange” despite perhaps he was Washington’s most ordinary politician. A man with a wife and a child is strange and a party that believes that children should be allowed to bring about sex changes, not candidates. A party that wants to keep the creepy guys away from the women’s toilets is a freak party. Certainly, certainly.
McBride should look at the mirror for a long time before re-illuminating the strange and unconventional ones.
