If your New Year’s resolution is more frequent, Dick Van Dike’s training routine may be inspired by you.
The 99 -year -old actor talked about his secrets Wednesday episode “Where everyone knows your name” podcast. Van Dike explained his dedication to fitness and told his host Ted Danson and Mary Steen Bargen that he had no plans to slow down.
“When you think … I’m back in 1925, I’m almost 100. This is insane,” said Van Dike. “Well, someone said,” What do you return to your age and physical condition? “And I said,” I was always exercising. ” “
He was not joking. “We are still going to the gym three days a week,” he said. “3 days a week.”

Danson confirmed that he had witnessed Van Dike’s fitness routine at a gym near Maribu’s home.
“If I arrived well, I would see you literally work on some weight machines,” said Danson.
“And you won’t walk to the next machine, as you were doing circuit training -you danced,” he said.

Danson laughed as he said, “You literally danced to the next machine and saw it for a few weeks.”
