That could very well be the case, as several FCS programs seem to be leaking the fact that they will be appearing in a new college football video game.
Just recently, EA Sports released the College Football 25 announcement trailer, officially announcing the first college football game in over a decade.

However, details about the game are very limited, so this is all we know for now. That being said, more information is expected to be released in May, but that doesn't mean fan speculation isn't running wild. And one of the big things being talked about is whether or not FCS programs will be featured like the programs of old.
Saturday night brought us something interesting Reddit thread It ends up going viral and makes you think. Of course, I'm referring to the FCS programs featured in the game. No, multiple people have already publicly stated that they will be in the game, or at least hinted at it. (Related: Jack Tuttle returns for a whopping 7th season at Michigan)
This is a far cry from reports that FCS programs are not involved in “College Football 25,” and while nothing is official at this point, it's clear that something is going on.
