Diddy made a big offer when negotiating his release, offering to post $50 million bail using his Miami home and additional property as collateral and to wear an ankle monitor to track his location, according to the report. TMZThe disgraced hip-hop star has also reportedly volunteered to restrict his travels to South Florida and the greater New York City area.

Judge Tanofsky wasn't satisfied with his offer. According to CNN, she conveyed her concerns to the hip-hop star that “this is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even with pretrial services oversight.”

The judge reportedly told Combs he could offer no conditions that would ensure he would show up in court if bail was granted.

“He will clear his name and we will stand by him until he does. We believe him wholeheartedly,” Anifilo said outside a federal court in New York on Tuesday, CNN reported.

Agnifilo reportedly stressed that he was certain his client “did not do any of this.”

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all three charges, and Judge Anifilo said he plans to appeal Combs' bail on Wednesday before a different judge in the same courtroom, according to CNN. (RELATED: Sean “Diddy” Combs indictment alleges drug-induced 'freak-off' sex parties)
