Jesse J Cancels US Tour Dates Due to Health Concerns

Jesse J has announced that she is canceling all her planned tour dates in the US as she continues to battle breast cancer.

In a video shared on her Instagram on Thursday, she informed her 14.2 million followers about the difficult decision, emphasizing that her health must come first.

“As some of you might know, I recently had surgery for breast cancer,” she said. “Unfortunately, I need to undergo a second surgery. It’s not too serious, but it must be completed by the end of the year, which falls right in the middle of my tour.”

She expressed her mixed feelings, saying, “I feel a bit annoyed and sad about this, but I have to focus on getting better. It’s the right choice.” She also announced that she would be postponing her tour until next year.

Interestingly, Jesse J admitted that this was her second attempt at recording the video message, which illustrates how much this news weighed on her.

She briefly revisited her planned tour dates before revealing that the US leg of the tour couldn’t be saved.

“I just can’t manage the US dates at this time, unfortunately, so they will be canceled,” she added. “I’m hoping to return to the tour when the moment feels right for me.”

Despite the cancellation, Jesse J reassured her fans that new music is on the horizon. “I’m trying to juggle everything that’s happening in my life right now,” she shared.
