Singer Marilyn Manson is reportedly not charged by the Los Angeles Prosecutor’s Office in a sexual assault case.
TMZ Reported On Friday, the prosecutor of the Nathan Hokmann region has completed a four -year comprehensive investigation by the Sexual Crime Division and the Sheriff’s detective, and will not pursue the complaint. An official close to Manson told the media that witnesses and plaintiffs’ oath testimony was inconsistent with their claims.
According to TMZ, Hockman announced in a press release that domestic violence cases had been established, and that the bureau had determined that they could not prove sexual assault beyond rational suspicion.

The review also contained testimony to Ashley Morgan Smithline, who had been manipulated by Manson’s former lover Evan Rachel Wood and made a false claim to the singer. According to TMZ, Ashley Walters’ oathing testimony is inconsistent with her claims and Esme Bianco’s claims.
Hookman expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and patience of the women who submitted the report in the review of this high -level case. They pointed out that their story would help increase the awareness of the issues facing the victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.
The detective of the Special Victim Countermeasures Division executed a search warrant in Manson’s LA mansion in 2021. Police were investigating Manson suspected to have been confined a woman in a soundproof room at home as part of a punishment.

Manson consistently claimed innocence during the investigation and violently denied all the claims to him from each woman.

Manson has not yet published an official comment on the resolution of the case.
