PHOENIX – An Arizona detention center employee was arrested Tuesday night in connection with a domestic violence incident, authorities announced.
Jesse Wilburn Sr., 42, allegedly struck a family member during an argument outside a gas station in Paulden around 7 p.m., according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.
Paulden is an unincorporated community located on State Route 89 approximately 55 miles north of Prescott.

Wilburn, who works as a detention officer for YCSO, was charged with misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct.
He is also being investigated for suspicion of driving under the influence, YCSO said.
