Downtown OWA in Foley, Alabama, a free-admission shopping, dining and entertainment district located just outside OWA Parks and Resorts, announced the opening of three new businesses through a press release.

The first new business is Fluffy’s Pet Shop, which offers a wide range of pet treats, chews, leashes, beds, harnesses, grooming tools and stylish accessories. Fluffy’s uses ingredients in our products that are free of artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.

The second new format is Towne Tap, which is described as a “quintessential British pub offering a unique and interactive drinking experience”. One of the great things about Towne Tap is our pour-your-own beer system, where customers choose from a wide variety of craft beers and ales to pour their “perfect pint.”

Towne Tap also says, “From traditional fish and chips to hearty shepherd’s pie and mouth-watering burgers, Towne Tap will offer a wide variety of British and American cuisine for patrons.”

The third new business will be Jason Will’s Real Estate opening an office on the property. The company already had two centers in Baldwin County, but is now consolidating into one location.

“When the opportunity arose to become OWA’s only real estate office, we jumped at the chance. We really look forward to attending all of our annual events and helping promote our fellow small business owners within the Downtown OWA community,” said Jason Will.
