Yuma, Arizona (AZ Family) — Firefighters have to deal with another wildfire. This time it occurred in southwestern Arizona.
The Cattle Fire broke out Tuesday night near Fort Yuma Riviera, about 18 miles northeast of Yuma.
The Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management said more than 25 acres have burned on the Arizona side of the Colorado River bed.

The blaze is threatening nearby utility lines and is burning on the north and south sides.
Crews will be working to extinguish the fire on the north side to prevent it from spreading.
Officials said two crews were on their way to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire has not yet been announced.
Hours later, fire officials confirmed that a second fire had been discovered just south of the cattle fire. The Ranch Fire is estimated to be burning approximately 6 acres (as of 11 p.m. Tuesday) near the RV and mobile home park. Yuma County Sheriff’s Deputies are on standby at the fire command center in case an overnight evacuation is needed. Fire commanders confirmed more supplies were on the way to help fight the fire.
