Thatcher, Arizona – Thatcher, Arizona – The ongoing Discovery Park lecture series at Eastern Arizona College continues this week with a presentation by Dennis Crockett titled “A Closer Look at the Underground Railroad.” A talk will be held on Saturday, February 11th at 6:00 pm in his Jupiter Room in the Main Building of Discovery Park (1651 W. Discovery Park Blvd., Safford). Admission to the event is free and the presentation is suitable for all ages.

While there, visitors are invited to tour the Graham County Historical Society’s historical artefacts exhibit, the “History of Astronomy” gallery, and board the “Polaris” shuttle simulator for a tour of the solar system.
